What does EdoMatch HR Suite do?
One application follows each employee from hiring to departure: onboarding, contract, monthly payroll, leave, working time, documents and compliance. HR managers, accountants and employees each have their own view. One company's data is never visible to another.
EdoMatch works out income tax and social security under each country's rules. It produces branded payslip PDFs, the bank payment file and annual payroll statements in Excel. You add your own allowances, deductions and bonuses.
Permanent, fixed-term, internship, part-time, consultant, freelance or probation, each contract starts from a country legal template in the right language. You edit it in the editor, download it as a PDF, and get an alert before it expires.
Annual, sick, maternity, paternity, compassionate or unpaid. Balances build up by accrual, managers approve in one click, and longer sick leave requires a medical certificate.
Each employee sees their payslips, leave balance, contracts and timesheets. They request leave there, follow their onboarding steps and update their profile.

Time and attendance
Employees clock in and out from the web and fill in a monthly timesheet, overtime included. You approve in bulk. A tablet kiosk at the office entrance is available as an option.
Compliance
A score that updates as you work flags missing tax or social security numbers, expired contracts and probation deadlines. A summary goes out by email every month.
Analytics and AI assistant
Dashboards on headcount, payroll and leave. The assistant answers HR questions from the company's own data, in English or French.
Who is EdoMatch HR Suite for?
Small and mid-sized employers, NGOs and regional groups that employ staff in Ghana or in French-speaking West Africa, and want payroll that follows local law without an expensive integration project. Payroll bureaux also use it to run payroll for several client companies from one console.
A company with staff in more than one of these countries runs a separate payroll per country from the same login, each in its statutory currency. A Ghana payroll is computed in cedis with PAYE and SSNIT, a Côte d'Ivoire payroll in CFA francs with ITS and CNPS.

How much does EdoMatch HR Suite cost?
EdoMatch HR Suite costs USD 15 per active employee per month, and every module is included. There are no tiers, seat packs or setup fees. Each new company gets a 30-day free trial. We bill in US dollars, and the app shows an approximate equivalent in local currency.
What EdoMatch HR Suite does not do
Native payroll covers only Ghana, Togo, Côte d'Ivoire and Benin. EdoMatch is not an employer of record: it does not hire anyone on your behalf in a country where you have no legal entity. If you need to pay staff in dozens of countries, or hire through an EOR, a global provider will serve you better.
Which countries and statutory rules are supported?
EdoMatch has each country's tax brackets, social security rates, minimum wage and leave entitlements built in. A new company has nothing to configure to be compliant. The table shows the rates EdoMatch applies today, read straight from the payroll engine's rules. Employer social security includes the minimum work-injury rate where it varies by sector. Always confirm with the relevant tax or social security authority.

EdoMatch HR Suite vs alternatives
EdoMatch vs SeamlessHR
SeamlessHR is a Lagos-based HR and payroll platform with native payroll in Nigeria, Ghana and several East and Southern African countries, sold by quote after a demo. EdoMatch focuses on Ghana and French-speaking West Africa (Togo, Côte d'Ivoire, Benin), publishes a flat USD 15 price and offers a 30-day free trial. Choose SeamlessHR if Nigeria is your main market.
EdoMatch vs Workpay
Workpay is a Nairobi-based HR, payroll and employer-of-record company that markets coverage of all 54 African countries, with pricing by quote. In Ghana it is sold as an employer-of-record service. EdoMatch runs payroll in-house, under your own legal entity, in four West African countries at a published price.
EdoMatch vs Deel
Deel is a global platform for hiring and paying people in many countries, strongest as an employer of record (from USD 599 per employee per month). In Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire it offers EOR; in Benin, local payroll through PaySpace. EdoMatch suits companies that already have an entity in West Africa and want local payroll and HR for USD 15 per employee.
EdoMatch vs BambooHR
BambooHR is a US HR information system. Its interface is available in Canadian French, but its payroll covers US employees only. A West African employer using it still needs a separate local payroll tool. EdoMatch combines HR and statutory payroll for Ghana, Togo, Côte d'Ivoire and Benin in one product.
EdoMatch vs Sage
Sage payroll products are common in francophone Africa. Local partners sell, install and configure them, with prices by quote, and Sage 300 People supports Côte d'Ivoire CNPS rules. EdoMatch is cloud software you open yourself, with no intermediary. Country rules are already built in, the price is public and the employee portal is included.

What is the best payroll software for Togo?
It depends on your situation. If your company has an entity in Togo and wants cloud payroll that already applies Togolese rules, EdoMatch HR Suite computes IRPP income tax, CNSS contributions (4% employee, 17.5% employer) and the 3% employer payroll tax, in CFA francs. Contracts are in French and based on Togolese law. It costs USD 15 per employee per month, with a 30-day free trial.
Does EdoMatch HR Suite calculate PAYE and SSNIT in Ghana?
Yes. On every Ghana payroll run, EdoMatch HR Suite applies the GRA PAYE bands and SSNIT contributions (5.5% employee, 13% employer pension), in cedis. It then produces the payslips, the bank payment file and the annual payroll statements.
Does EdoMatch HR Suite handle ITS and CNPS in Côte d'Ivoire?
Yes. On every Ivorian payroll, EdoMatch HR Suite applies the DGI ITS bands, CNPS contributions (6.3% employee, from 15.45% employer) and the 2.8% employer payroll tax, in CFA francs. It then produces the payslips, the bank payment file and the annual statements.
Can one company run payroll in several West African countries?
Yes. A company with staff in Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire, for example, runs one payroll per country from the same account. Each run follows its own country's currency (GHS or XOF), tax and social security rules, and a run never mixes two currencies.
Is EdoMatch HR Suite available in French?
Yes. The interface, the employee portal, notifications and emails are available in English and French. Contracts are written in each country's legal language: English for Ghana, French for Togo, Côte d'Ivoire and Benin.
How much does EdoMatch HR Suite cost?
USD 15 per employee per month, with every module and no setup fee. Each new company gets a 30-day free trial.
Is EdoMatch an employer of record (EOR)?
No. EdoMatch HR Suite is software for companies that employ their own staff through a local entity. It does not become the legal employer of your staff. If you need an EOR, Deel and Workpay offer that service.
Who can use EdoMatch HR Suite?
Company admins, HR managers, accountants and employees, each with their own permissions. An accountant sees payroll and reports, but not the HR settings. An employee sees only their own payslips, leave, contracts and timesheets.
